BIOLOGIC FARM - Siena

On the hills of Siena, in a position that provides a quick connection to most of Tuscany’s art cities, biological 230-hectare estate with arable land, wood, olive grove, and a small vineyard.
The property includes several buildings with many access roads and a private lake of 16.000 sqm that ensures an independent supply of water.

The property consists of 5 buildings:

1. The main stone farmhouse covers an area of 785 m2 and is converted into an Agriturismo with 11 apartments and a swimmingpool

2. The stone barn of 227 m2 is mainly used to storage equipment, however a part of it has been converted into a common area with a kitchen used for outdoor lunches/dinners for guests.

3. Outbuilding of 140 m2 servs as storage.

4. Outbuilding of 466 m2 is tool shed.

5. Outbuilding of 310 m2 used to shelter the equipment used for working the fields.

The farmland spans across 210 hectares of arable land, which can be used to plant new crops, 17 hectares of woodland, an olive grove (1.7 hectares) and a small vineyard covering 7,300 sqm. The land is managed using organic farming methods, and the productions are biologically certified.
