Located in the beautiful heart of the Chianti region, between Gaiole in Chianti and Siena we offer the sale of this very pretty stone farmhouse which has kept the charm of the old Chianti country properties.
Dating back to 1890 the farmhouse was completely renovated in 2012 by the current owners who, thanks to their taste in the choice of materials and finishes, have fully enhanced the building with its hand-crafted stone floors, the ancient cross vaults, the original terracotta flooring and stone walls.
The property is located near the most famous castles of the area such as Brolio, Meleto, Tornano, and Vertine, all easily reachable via beautiful roads that in this area allow us to discover the extraordinary countryside blend of nature and history.

The property consists of a free-standing building, on two levels, the ground floor and first floor, and agricultural annexes for a surface of 400 sqm, a garden, and a swimming pool.
