Our agency is ideally located for access to the most attractive and best known parts of Tuscany: as can be seen from the map, we are half way between Florence and Siena, in the area where the Chianti meets the Valdelsa and San Gimignano.

How to reach us coming from the North

  • Take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Certosa.
  • Take the superstrada Firenze Siena and follow directions for Siena.
  • Exit at Poggibonsi Sud.
  • At the first roundabout go straight (second exit).
  • At the second roundabout turn left (third exit).
  • Continue for about 500 metres and you will find our real estate agency on the left hand side just before the road bifurcates.

How to reach us coming from the South

  • Take the A1 motorway and exit at Val di Chiana - Bettolle.
  • Take the Strada Statale 326 towards Siena.
  • When you arrive in Siena, take the superstrada Firenze Siena and follow directions for Florence.
  • How to reach us coming from the SouthExit at Poggibonsi Sud.
  • Turn left and follow the road.
  • At the first roundabout turn right (first exit).
  • Continue for about 500 metres and you will find our real estate agency on the left hand side just before the road bifurcates.
